Price: not per person - charges per family of 50, 100, or 120. Should motivate to get more people in the family! Standard duration of three nights and two days.
Promotion:
Process: from receiving various guests, arranging activities starting from introductions, family cooking, games, puja, story telling, ...to seeing them off.  Really value add is the planning and conducting custom designed activities that are for the specific family.
People: apart from housekeeping, cooking will require a specially trained and motivated activities coordinator whose performance will be key success factor. A wide network of reliable pandits, speakers, to dance trainers and movie libraries will be needed and used based on the plan of activities for a specific family.
Physical Evidence: Unique buildings, family pictures, take aways from events and many more

The nuclear family is ubiquitous, however there is a latent need to build bonds with the family. Weddings, parties are serving the purpose but just. A few hours one evening is really not good enough.
